Share the good word with your community! Growing your local league is a big part of what ambassadors do. You'll have a unique discount code to share with your network to bring new and returning players into the Honcho community — and watching your league grow because of you is one of the best parts of the role.
Every league night, you're the on-site point person for your players — welcoming them, helping things flow smoothly, and making sure they receive their league gear and sponsor goodies throughout the season. Honcho HQ takes care of everything behind the scenes so you can focus on showing up and creating a great experience for your community.
Part of the fun of being an ambassador is getting to deliver the surprise and delight moments. Sponsor goodies ship directly to you throughout the season, and Honcho guides you on when and how to activate each one on league night. You'll also host the end-of-season social event and, for leagues with playoffs, make sure division winners get their Head Honcho prize packages.
A comfort level with taking photos and posting on social media is part of the role. We're not looking for anything production-level — just someone who's happy to capture their community in action and share it with the world throughout the season.
