We offer pickleball leagues for a variety of experience/skill levels. Regardless of where you are in your walk with pickleball, we have a home for you! Here’s more on what you can expect from Honcho:

Registration Info
- No Gender Restrictions: Teams of any gender identity combination are welcome—it’s all about your skill and spirit on the court!
- Team Registration: Have a partner lined up? Whoever registers first becomes the team captain and covers the full registration fee upfront. After purchase, the captain will invite at least 1 partner and up to 3 additional partners (teams can have a minimum of 2 players and a max of 4) to join their team by sharing a unique “team join” link or by entering player emails directly upon checkout.
- Want to split the cost? Totally up to your crew to sort out offline.
- Doubles Format: Play as part of a team with up to 4 players, allowing for flexible substitutions and team strategies.
League Deets!
Same Partner Doubles – Season Snapshot
- Played across an 8–10 week season window
- We keep a small buffer so that weather delays or venue changes never cost you a week of play.
- 6 scheduled regular season matches
- Week 7 single-elimination playoffs (all eligible teams play)
- Week 8 played if your team advances (semi-final & championship matches)
- End-of-season social hour/open play
Weekly Play Time
- Your 1 match per week (3 games per match) is scheduled in a 1-hour time block
- Some weeks may include a bye, or occasionally two matches, to keep scheduling and competition fair
- Your match will take place on the same league night each week, within the greater time window listed at registration
- Finish early? Keep playing! If your game wraps up before your time block ends, the court is yours — use it. Just keep in mind that only the first 3 games in each time block counts toward your ladder standing. Everything after that is bonus court time, and we highly encourage you to take it.
- Your full regular season schedule is released before Week 1 — all six match dates, start times, and court assignments upfront (subject to potential mid-season adjustments) so you can plan ahead. We ask that you protect those nights for the season. If something comes up, please arrange a sub to play in your place — your opponents are counting on you to get their games in.
- Attendance matters. Three no-shows or forfeits result in removal from the league with no refund. We know life happens — just communicate and find a sub when it does.
Important Adjustment & Refund Info
- Change Requests & Refund Deadline: May 7, 2026 — This is the last day to request any changes, cancellations, or refunds. After this date, all registrations are final with no exceptions.
- After May 7, 2026, we cannot move players between leagues/divisions/formats or provide any refunds of any kind.
- You’ll have over four weeks from registration opening to make sure this league fits your schedule and commitments — we want you to feel confident before you commit!
- Cancellations requested before the deadline are eligible for a full refund minus the $5 processing fee.

REGISTERING FOR THE LEAGUE IS AGREEING TO THE LEAGUE WAIVER
Honcho reserves the right to adjust league schedules, court locations, and venue locations as needed. These changes are rare but may be necessary to ensure smooth operations and full participation across all markets.
League play may take place on indoor or outdoor courts, depending on what the venue has available at the beginning of the season. If court type is important to you, we recommend reviewing your venue’s website to see whether their facility has outdoor courts before registering. Honcho cannot accommodate court type/location requests.
